Welcome to a very real theatre concert, a children’s cabaret, to be very precise, based on the picture book of the same name by one of the most popular Slovenian authors for children. You all know we are talking about Svetlana Makarovič and the collection of songs A Screech-Owl Sitting on a Stick, right?
Live songs, almost folk tunes in the perception of older children or adults, will be familiar to the youngest, new and fresh spectators too. Songs about a comrade fox, a greedy badger, a happy chicken life, a boastful hedgehog or a gentle, loving Čičido of the birds. Among puppets, actors, singers, dancers, and musicians.
In passing, you will be able to introduce children to various instruments: violin, guitar, ukulele bass, clarinet, drums, xylophone, rain stick, ceramic bass, cymbals, clay birds, Jew’s harp…
